Davis Cup in "Los Califas"

Last month I was present at Davis Cup Semifinal in "Los Califas" Bullring meeting Spain vs France. Cordoba Bullring has ten grandsatnds. In one of them (exactly in number two) there were a lot of France fans. Now try to answer these questions:

• When was the bullring inaugurated?
• What was the first event in this bullring?
• Who were the major figures of the opening?
• Write any word you don't understand and find the meaning in a dictionary.
• Let's suppose that French fans are 1/5 of one grandstand. The total number of spectators was about 14,000. Can you calculate how many French spectators came to the Semifinal? Explain the calculating process.
